We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant & Credit Controller to join our busy finance department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the accounts team in various essential tasks including, client invoicing, credit control, bank reconciliation, purchase ledger as well as ensuring general accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will have experience with transactional finance particularly sales ledger, invoicing, and credit control.

Roles and responsibilities
+ Working with various accounting packages to process sales and purchase invoices and month end adjustments.
+ Assisting in the preparation of monthly accounts.
+ Ensuring payments, postings and adjustments are accurate.
+ Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
+ Managing debt and chasing cash collections.
+ Bank Reconciliation
+ Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers.
+ Monitoring daily communication and responding to queries.
