Responsibilities:
You will become a key support member of the bid team and we are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with others and working together to come to positive solutions. The role will be fast paced and busy, therefore a good work ethic and ability to perform under pressure is essential. Generally, the role will include (but not be limited to) the following responsibilities:
- Logging all tender information (pre and post submission) onto our system and creation of job folders as required.
- On receipt of tenders, reading through and extraction of basic information.
- Saving all relevant tender documents (emails, supporting documents etc) throughout the tender process in relevant folders.
- Ensuring that the bid library is kept up to date and tidy.
- Logging all relevant information to the appropriate databases throughout the tender process.
- Requesting feedback for submitted tenders and logging of any feedback received.
- Undertaking research and requesting information as required to support the bid team and bid process.
- Add lost tenders to leads and contact for follow up by the marketing team.
- Ensuring the portal list is kept up to date and tidy. Receive and check all portal notifications.
- Search the internet for any CoW opportunities.
- Chase for countersigned contracts.
