JOB TITLE: HR Administrator

LOCATION: Elsecar
WORKING HOURS: 22.5 hours per week spread over 3 days

As a HR Administrator, you will be working closely with the Company Secretary and HR Co-ordinator.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Support with processing new starters and leavers, including all compliance documents
  • Update and maintain HR systems
  • Create induction plan and confirm meeting attendance with the new starters
  • Confirms meeting attendance with new starters before the schedule meetings
  • Ensuring compliance documents are received and up to date
  • Providing administration support to the HR Team
  • Assist the wider HR function with any other administrative needs.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

  • Previous HR admin experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Must have previous administration experience 1 year minimum.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a heavy and diverse workload and reschedule according to business needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365
