Customer Service Administrator (South West and Wales)
My work background:
I have over five years experience of working for Lloyds bank in a variety of roles gaining experience in complaints, finance, administration and redress. For the last two years I have been working for Aulton Architecture dealing with accounts, administration and customer relations.
With sport, being a major party of my life, I am a fully qualified baby and pre-school swimming teacher and I teach part-time.
About my role:
Based form our Bristol office, I am Customer Service Administrator (South West and Wales) for Hickton Group. I am supporting John Rudge, Hickton Group Regional Manager for South West & Wales, which involves frequent visits into London.
About me:
I am outgoing, enjoy participating in sport and I studied Sport at Cardiff University. I love running, swimming and having a ‘kick or throw’ about in the park. My family and friends are very important to me, so I love to spend as much time with them as possible especially if it involves going out for a meal out, as I love food.
Random facts:
I swam for the University of Bath GB team gaining a silver and bronze medal at national level. I achieve this at the same time as Mark Foster, who was also swimming for Bath when he was World Champion at 50m freestyle.
I am a mother to a 2-year-old boy named Harry Charles (trying to cover all options of the royal family).
